With the resignation of Leadership hopeful Frank Mckenna, Harper has a relatively important pair of shoes to fill. This article suggests Preston Manning as a likely choice. Having met Preston on a number of occasions and having had a number of opportunities to pick his brain I'd say that Harper probably couldn't get a better guy. The only challenge is getting him to say yes.
